Beware & Be Aware

Favor belongs to the Lord. True favor. Only a King can bless. Counterfeits can not. True blessings come from God, for God has OUR BEST in mind. He gives us what we need. His blessings suit us perfectly. His heart is full of selfless love. He does not give to get, He gives to give. 

The enemy, the devil, only knows how to steal. So his 'blessings' are never for our good. His 'blessings' are just another way he steals from us! He promises the world, but takes our soul. He distracts us with dangling jewels as he picks our pockets. He is a robber, a thief! Rotten to the core!

So don't run after his empty promises! 

He's a hoodwinker, trickster. He's cunning and conniving. 

He's not just after your earthly days, 

he wants to lure you and eternally steal you away. 

Though he is nothing in the light of God's presence, 

he will take what he can get when we allow him entrance. 

So shut the doors! 

Close the windows! 

Seal the cracks and crevices 

and never let him into your chambers! 

He will devour your children, 

he will leave you homeless. 

He will take what he can get 

when we give him entrance!

Next the devil took him to the peak of a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. “I will give it all to you,” he said, “if you will kneel down and worship me.” 

“Get out of here, Satan,” Jesus told him. “For the Scriptures say, 

‘You must worship the Lord your God and serve only him.’ ”

Then the devil went away, and angels came and took care of Jesus.
