The Beauty of the Cross

Open up and see the beauty of the cross. 

See the One who took the pain, the anger;

the One who does not hate the sinner. 

The One who knows, who knows so well, 

that people need Him to make them well. 

Do we understand just why He came? 

His great loss was our great gain! 

Because He chose to give His life, 

we can now be cleansed, made right. 

Made right with the Father, 

aligned with His heart, 

filled with His love and

know beyond a shadow of a doubt

that we are accepted and we are brought in!

We sit at His table and now dine with Him! 

God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, 

but to save the world through him. John‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NLT‬‬
