The Temptation to Worry

Do you see worry as a temptation? But it is! For worry is a false God that people bow to -- it gives them a sense of control. They receive nothing back from it except the self satisfaction that they 'cared.'

If you care, then you will do what I have told you to do: Lay your burdens with Me so that I can help in the situation. Worry removes Me from the solution. Do you see? Worry replaces Me. Worry is an idol.

Give your burdens to the Lord, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.
