Whimsical, Harmonious, Steady

Here's a raw entry from this morning as I sat down to talk to the Lord. The scriptures about being lead by His Spirit, not by the flesh come to mind like Galatians 5:25: "Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit's leading in every part of our lives."

I'm moving and feeling a rhythm as I'm writing this, feeling the pulse of heaven. In my mind's eye I see a sort of whimsical factory with many moving pieces, toys, clocks... things that move... And they all move together to the rhythm of the Maestro that is conducting them. The room is filled with harmony and unity as they all move in one accord. It kind of reminds me of the movie Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium -- except everything is moving and making noise/music to one tempo -- like an orchestra.

Welcome to the world of favor

a world where everything moves in tandem with My Spirit.

Like clocks that tick together, the rhythm is precise and together.

Not one thing moves on its own metronome.

Everything stays to the time of the Conductor in the Kingdom.

And this is how it is in the Kingdom of God.

Everything flows with the rhythm of heaven.

The children of God willingly move

with the flow and the pace 

in every circumstance, in every place.

They don't over-ride the Spirit of God 

with their own sense of timing and rhythm.

They find His beat and move their feet

with every up and down, up-down beat.

And so they find that things flow much better

when they flow with the Spirit

and not their own decided measures.

They flow and dance and move with Him

and never once think to compete with the rhythm of His band.
