Time to Shine, Not to Hide

We are living in very exciting times in the Kingdom of God! But, if we do not have proper perspective, we may end up in a rut of hopelessness and just wanting Jesus to come back to rescue us in the rapture. But, this is not the kind of Church Jesus is coming back for. He is not our escape plan. For what kind of victorious Bride would that be? 

God's heart for us is that we "see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living." (Psalm 27:13) He wants to show His faithfulness and power to us and through us while we live on the earth! 

Are you living each day with a winning perspective or with an escape mentality?

There's hope! So much hope! So much to look forward to in these days that are filled with launder's soap. For a cleansing is happening and the right people are in place! 

But, here is a timely message for those who need it. (More than they need their escape!)

For, those who want to escape will never taste! They will never taste the victory! They only want to leave and walk away from what is taking place! But LOOK! Look again I say! For your Redeemer is on the way! But, He is not looking to remove you from danger! He is looking to remove the fear that makes you lose sight of the manger! Do you see the victory that lies there swaddled? Victory swaddled up, as death would soon be swallowed up! ha! 

For Joseph and Mary, 

danger was no stranger. 

But they did not beg 

to be released from their assignment to carry the Savior. They walked out every step, especially for Mary, 

who saw it all the way through from birth to Calvary.

And so, learn from the Christmas story this very important lesson: The Kingdom of God invades the night and does not flinch, but shines its light. So, look not to escape or find a place to hide. No! Let your light glow! Let your light shine!

Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living.
