You Know How to Party!

You pull off every party! You bring the favors and the noise makers. You bring the cake and the ice cream! You bring the music and the prizes! You bring the laughter and the fun! Oh, Lord! You are the greatest party planner that has ever been and who will ever come! 

You believe in fun and you believe in laughter! You are so NOT like the way we've been told. We had started to believe that you don't even know how to smile! We had started to believe that You were only serious and like a grumpy man who turned old and was on his last mile. haha!

O, Father God! Show us anew! Show us who You are so we can see You for YOU. Help us understand that You are multi-facetted and with everything there is an opposite. So if You can be serious and the judge of our lives, so You can also be playful and joyful and the Abba who jives! haha!

Oh Lord! You are sooo much more than we can understand. You are layers and layers of wonder, like a gift that is wrapped again and again! And we get to 'unwrap' You and see for ourselves that You are SO big and SO complex and SO beyond the box we have placed You in!
