Transition Day

I believe we are coming into the most glorious time in history on God's timeline. We are going to witness for ourselves what the Bible says about His glory filling the earth. Wow! What a time to be alive. 

But just like any new thing that comes on the scene, there needs to be a transition day. A day when things flip from one thing to another. From the old to the new. When I think about transitions, I recognize that there is often a jolt involved in some way as things adjust. And with this change, there will be a jolt. I believe literally. We will feel a jolt. But know when the earth jolts, it is God coming in and doing something glorious. God is reminding us that our place in this transition day is to be like the Israelites at the Red Sea. God told them to "stand and see the salvation of the Lord" for He was about to show them their deliverance before their very eyes. How exhilarating and potentially frightening all at the same time. But they walked through it victoriously and even joyfully as they sang their songs on the other side of the sea. 

Here is this morning's entry as I sat with the Lord, trying to pen out what I was sensing from Him.

I AM doing a new thing. Watch Me do it! I am displaying My power so the earth will see it. And you will feel it. I am not treading lightly. I have said this before. I am not coming in with a gentle knock at the door. No, I must come now with loudness against your enemies. This is for your rescue. This is for your deliverance and the deliverance of your friends and your family. 

Remember that this day when I come in like a flood. Remember, remember! Remember what I have said today! DO NOT FEAR. Do not be frightened but stand still, My dear. Be still in My presence. Centered and unalarmed through it all. You will be like one who stands in the center of a spinning circle. You will be in the calm when you trust Me for your miracle, watching Babylon fall.

I have prepared you well for this day. I have trained you to stand still and not be afraid. I have taught you how to trust when your eyes tell you otherwise. I have taught you how to pray when you don't understand or fully realize. Remember your training, My dear. Remember, Remember! And do not fear. Stand still. Stand trusting. And I will get you through to the other side. Just like every other circumstance I have walked you through, stay close and abide. I love you!!

Take your stand [be firm and confident and undismayed] and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for those Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you while you [only need to] keep silent and remain calm.”

But [the time is coming when] the earth shall be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, As the waters cover the sea. [Is 11:9]
