A Deep Cleaning 🧼🫧

I like a clean house. I really do. Sometimes when I find myself feeling anxious and can't put my finger on why, I start to realize it's because my house is filthy! And a regular surface cleaning is just not going to cut it. I need to go for a deeper cleaning... like the one day I literally scrubbed my walls down by hand with bleach and cleared my entire refrigerator out to sanitize it! haha 

I'm not the best at it, but I do what I can to keep clean. Our Father, though, is the best. HE KNOWS how to 'clean house.' He knows how to come in and wrangle the things that pollute His world and endanger His creation and people. When He gets into one His 'cleaning moods,' He's a force to be reckoned with!

This morning, He is reminding Me of the times in history when He 'cleaned house.' Woah. If you want to gain the fear of the Lord, just read about Noah's ark & the flood, or Moses and the parting of the Red Sea, or the burning of Sodom & Gomorrah. That'll sober your thinking! haha! Seriously, though, I don't think this generation fully comprehends this side of God. We just have never seen Him move like this in recent days! But this morning, God is reminding me again that He is going to flush the systems of the world. We are about to get a 'deep cleaning.' And it is for our good. God knows that we are so deep in the muck, we need a 'professional Cleaner' to come in and get the job done right. And I'm so glad that He is the One steering the operation because everything He does is good. He is good and He only does good. (Psalm 119:68) So we can fully trust Him as we go through His wash cycle!

I am opening your eyes to SEE this great surprise! Coming down from heaven on a storm cloud with rainbows! The storm sweeps away the debris and the chaos -- yes My storm brings order to those who are lost! 

A controlled demolition. A fire that burns dross. A sweeping of My broom. A carrying out of what has been promised! A cleansing so deep it will be 'squeaky clean'! I am a Master of these things! Haven't you read this about Me?? Yes, I know how to take the filth and the grime and burn it out in a day! On a dime! Consider the Egyptians swallowed by the sea. Consider how I cleaned out the market that was set up in the temple in front of Me! Consider Sodom and Gomorrah -- an infested place, indeed! Consider the days when Noah was living! Those days were so evil, my heart broke that I made them and their things! OH, darling, I know how to 'clean house' and when I do it, I do it right. No coming back to get the spots that were missed. I do everything well because it is all in My sight!

But who will be able to endure it when he comes? Who will be able to stand and face him when he appears? For he will be like a blazing fire that refines metal, or like a strong soap that bleaches clothes. He will sit like a refiner of silver, burning away the dross. He will purify the Levites, refining them like gold and silver, so that they may once again offer acceptable sacrifices to the Lord.
