Packing for the New Year

Rounding UP to the New Year! So here we goooo! Like grabbing onto a kite, let it SWEEP you into the sky! There's no demands when you're up there! The air is clear, the sky is blue! You can see for miles and not ever feel confused. When you let ME lift you, the possibilities are endless. I am SO able to pick you up and give you what you need in this hour of great forgiveness. 

Do you know that forgiveness is so important? You must forgive and be forgiven. Forgiveness lets the weight drop off of you -- the weights that hold you to the earth and keep you from flying and floating upward. So LET GO of the past and embrace the NEW. Don't take old grudges into the future with you! For if you let them come with you they will stink up the air. And no one loves it when that is what fills the atmosphere. 

So sort through now. Like a person who is packing for a trip. They can't take everything can they? They must only take what is needed and leave the rest behind. And so pack carefully, darling. Look at all that you carry and decide now what stays and what comes. But let Me help you sort and work through it, for some things you might be tempted to take as if you need them, but you don't. (Like a woman who insists on bringing every shoe in her closet ;) Trust My voice as you sort. Let go of what will not fit into the new season ahead. Let go of the things so heavy that to pack them would be a dread! Don't take it! Don't let it have a say! Leave it behind, for today, yes today, I have NEW PLANS and NEW JOY in this very wonderful NEW DAY!
