Despair Is Not An Option

This morning's raw entry comes with such encouragement! (As always! God never stops encouraging!) Sometimes His words hit me so strong as I'm typing them out that tears flow down my face. I'm not crying with sadness, I'm weeping in His presence. (His presence will cause us to physically respond many times and for me it is often with tears -- good tears! cleansing, joyful tears.)

This morning, He knew my heart needed hope. He reminded me that there never needs to be a point in my day when hope is not present. You know, those thoughts of, "What if God doesn't come through for me...what if His promises don't actually come to pass in my life..."  No no no. Those sentences are not allowed in my day and in my thoughts. No. Only hope and true statements are permitted. Thoughts like: "God is faithful. He will not let me down. He didn't lead me out this far to leave me by myself. He is true to His word. He is a promise keeper!"

If God has promised you things or you are waiting on Him for things, don't let your heart sink in the process! Keep looking up and proclaiming His goodness and truth over your life. The word despair does not exist in the Kingdom of God.

Open up to see a world full of ME. For, the angels and demons all see! They are aware that time is ticking and My glory WILL fill the earth! And the unseen will be noticeable and KNOWN  by ALL those who live on earth!

So, ready yourself, like one who preps for visitors. He checks his house and tidies up and lets go of things that only muck. He washes all the linens so that all may rest easy. And fills the fridge with all things good like fruits and meats and dainties.

He gets excited! WITH EXPECTATION! And doesn't let despair set in for even a second! He doesn't doubt the coming of his visitor. He looks outside and down the street and watches with great fervor!

He is HAPPY! OH JOYFUL IS HE! He doesn't listen to the report of the enemy; the lies that come floating to his ears. Such things like, "He has left you. He is gone and has forgotten you, dear." That sly fox! That snake! That lying tongue! Don't give in to him for a moment. Don't give him your attention! 

Yes, look UP, darling! Your redemption draws NEIGH! OH, darling! Be EXPECTANT! Don't waver now just as all is about to arrive! Does a pregnant mother doubt that her baby will be born? Does she stop and think, "Maybe I really won't ever go into labor." No! She knows her baby is coming and quickly at that! And even if there is delay, the baby WILL STILL COME and that is a fact!! haha!
