The Children of God!

HAPPY are those who run after ME! 

For they find that life is only LIFE 

when they are close to Me. 

They march and sing and play all day, 

like children who engage with fun and friends 

in a delightful way! 

They are not concerned about things too big for them. 

They trust their Father and know 

that He is Lord of even the smallest things!

And He is a Father that does not condemn. 

Oh, see how they fully lean on Him!

He teaches His children to discern right from wrong. 

It is a protection for them all the day long. 

For He gives them eyes to see the wolves, 

even those dressed up like sheep, who try to fool. 

But His children know! 

His children perceive it! 

They are not tricked! They do not buy into it! 

They stay as wise as serpents but as gentle as doves. 

They are neither naive nor harsh. They walk in love. 

And favor! Oh the favor that they carry on the earth! 

They are given KEYS so their access is plentiful 

and they never have to beg or lie in the dirt. 

No! They are the kings and queens among us! 

The children of the Most High! 

The sons and daughters who arise, 

though they are draped in flesh like a surprise in disguise. haha! 

Yes, the children of God are lights in the dark!

And they are SALT that gives us flavor and preserves the earth, 

even the roughest parts.

Oh, children of God! Oh, sons and daughters! 

Come out of hiding and be revealed! 

For this is the hour! The day is dawning! 

And you will inherit the earth!

Your way is paved and your light is shining!
