Love in the Driver's Seat

Love is in the front seat. 

It's driving the car.

It pushes the pedal for you

and gets you there safer, by far!

It doesn't run the red lights.

It doesn't topple poles. 

It stays away from sidewalks

and always pays the tolls.

It laughs at slippery places

for its tires tread so carefully.

And, it never honks its horn in anger

and shouts at people loudly.

It watches out for strangers

who might just need a ride.

It's always willing to put

its GPS aside.

and creatures on the road.

It knows how quickly it can hurt them!

Love cares -- and it shows!

Its driver's license is so clever.

He shows it on arrival.

And if you notice the words up close

you'll see it's actually the Holy Bible! haha!

Love is the BEST driver 

you can have in your car.

So ask him frequently to help you out.

Always leave the door ajar!
