like a pancake

quick

in-between blinks

it's lickety-split.

I move with precision,

a hot knife through butter.

My words slice and separate,

no confusion in the matter.

I'm like a surgeon

who knows what to do.

So you can relax

as I do what I do.

I am the Lord!

My love is for you!

So don't be surprised 

if change comes in quickly.

It's Me in the night,

like a thief who is stealthy!

I work in ways unseen to man.

But when it's discovered

there's no question at hand! 

They know it was ME

behind the great plan!
