Garden Critic?

When you walk into someone's Garden, what's the first thing you notice - the weeds or the growing plants? Do you have the eyes of a critic or an encourager? 

A critic will always spot the weeds first and foremost and dwell upon the negative. An encourager will always delight first in the growth that is taking place.
