What a wonderful reminder today from the Lord today: Not every voice is His.
Jesus is our good Shepherd. John 10 says we hear His voice, we know it and we follow it for He gives life and life abundantly. But the enemy, the devil, also has things to say -- but those things are meant to steal, kill and destroy. UGH!
The question today is this:
What voices are you letting in and believing today?
Make a conscious effort to pay attention to what you're thinking about. The devil is sly and will get us mediating on things that breed resentment and discouragement. He just loves to ruin people's day!!! Don't let him! He's a liar and has no place in your life.
Choose God's voice and say NO to the devil.

I am making a way through, brick by brick. Just follow the road, the road of gold, and then listen carefully to what you're being told.
Listen. For great are the voices that chatter and chatter, but only MINE is the One that matters! So, don't be thrown off by the voices in your head. They are spouting off because they fear and dread! For they know their day is coming and coming fast! And they are doing everything they can do to keep you pushed back. They know they can't stop Me and the doom that's upon their heads, but they are trying these last ditch efforts to keep you feeling it instead! NO! Refuse to come under these voices that lie! They will never stop until you resist them and command them to comply. They take up space in your head and heart -- the space that should be filled with praises and art!
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY REAL ESTATE. Refuse to let them be squatters. For they will take and take and take until you tell them to "Get Out for Goodness Sake!"
Do you see, darling? There will also be 'influencers' in the spirit realm. They will try to convince you that life is sad and full of frowns. They don't want you absorbing the truth from MY voice. The voice that is full of peace and joy and life! So let ME be your choice. CHOOSE ME everyday and refuse the others along the way. You decide who you will hold hands with on this path. CHOOSE ME, darling, for with Me we will laugh and laugh! haha!

This song came to my mind this morning. I love the line “But the voice of truth tells me a different story…”
“… so he explained it to them: “I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. All who came before me were thieves and robbers. But the true sheep did not listen to them. Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved. They will come and go freely and will find good pastures.
The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep. A hired hand will run when he sees a wolf coming. He will abandon the sheep because they don’t belong to him and he isn’t their shepherd. And so the wolf attacks them and scatters the flock. The hired hand runs away because he’s working only for the money and doesn’t really care about the sheep.
“I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me, just as my Father knows me and I know the Father. So I sacrifice my life for the sheep. I have other sheep, too, that are not in this sheepfold. I must bring them also. They will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock with one shepherd.
“The Father loves me because I sacrifice my life so I may take it back again. No one can take my life from me. I sacrifice it voluntarily. For I have the authority to lay it down when I want to and also to take it up again. For this is what my Father has commanded.”
