When Things Go Sideways (Good Morning Letter)

Good morning!

Today is a beautiful day! A day to trust Me with all your heart. Do you trust Me? Do you really trust Me? Do you trust Me enough to lean all your weight into Me? For that is what trusting Me really looks like. Trusting Me means you are all in.

And when you are all in, I am able to help you that much more when the storms blow in. You will be able to cope with danger and 911 moments in your life because I am the Rock that you are standing on, leaning on, laying on, sleeping on. I am your everything. 

You will be like a child who lives with her father. When danger is at their door, does she feel the need to be in control? Nope. She participates as needed but knows that her Dad has got it under control and knows what to do in the moment. She is fully confident that her dad is capable and is ready to take action. She lets him lead. She doesn't try to fix anything herself based on her own understanding. She rests. Her hearts rests for she knows that her dad knows best. 

So trust Me. In the moments that feel scary. In the hours that feel dark. I am no different in those moments than in the good moments of your life. I am still your good Father. And I will cover you and shelter you through the storm. You have My word.

So smile, darling. Even through the trial. Smile because I've got you right here in the palm of My hand. And no one can snatch you from it!
