Illuminated

Here's a raw entry from this morning's time with the Lord. He has to often tell me to stop striving. It's something I still don't think I quite get yet. I feel like a person trying to learn how to move with a dance partner. He's graceful and light on His feet and I'm clumsy and off beat. hahaha! Thankfully, He's the most patient partner! ;) 

I love this entry below. It reminds Me how simple and easy Jesus makes it to come to Him. And even in asking, seeking and knocking there is ease. We must remember that Jesus is not religious. He's not looking for us to strive. He's looking for us to simply come, ask, watch and partner with what He is doing.

Simple things, darling. Stick with simple and you can't go wrong. No need to run after the things that are complex and go beyond the reach of your arm. I will give you what you need as you look to Me. You will only need to hold out your hands and receive. Do you see what I mean? A child doesn't have to go miles and miles just to get what his Father has for Him -- he just comes to the table and dines for awhile and eats and listens.

And that is all you must do, darling. For I do not place My promises so far away that you can never reach them, even when trying. I place them right there, almost in plain sight! Your searching and asking reveals things in My light. So do you see? When you ask and seek and knock, it doesn't mean you must strive and make it happen. What is happening is more a "lifting of the curtain!" It's not you begging. It's not you straining. It's about Me showing you what is right there! All it needs is the illumination of My glory! Like an object hidden in plain sight! You don't see it until someone highlights it and shines a new light!

And that is what I am doing, even on the earth today! I am shining My justice and glory in a fantastic new way! I am lighting up areas that no one saw before! I am illuminating all that has been hidden -- even behind closed doors!

So this is why I say, "WATCH and pray." Watch and see this marvelous display! Yes! Grab your popcorn and have a seat and let Me show you everything! Oh darling, you have no idea! You were born for such a time! A revealing of who I am and all that is divine! Much revealing before your eyes! You won't believe it and much will be quite the surprise! You will be in awe and wonder. Shock and Awe! You will slap your forehead and be amazed at it all!
