The Great & Terrible Day
Don't be frightened by what the devil is doing or trying to do. He is like a drowning rat right now with no life jacket. He is feeling the waves growing upon him and is getting desperate and even more irrational. He is looking to distract and deter and pull down whatever is building up against him.
But, he will not succeed for now is the time of his departure, indeed! He is "bold" but only on the outside. He is really wimpy and weak. He is on his way out!! And the door has no knob, no key! For once the door is shut, He will be trapped and no longer rule My precious world or press you under his slimy feet!
Do you see what I am doing? I am making a way. I am YOUR GREAT DELIVERER and I AM ON THE WAY! My chariot is riding swiftly! Onto the mountain tops I ride! And down the valley and into every home is where I will visit, abide! I am coming! I am coming but not as you have thought! I am not going to remove you from the earth, no! Not quite yet! For why would I take you out without showing you first, that I am your Great Deliverer and there is nothing that can stop Me from quenching your thirst! Why would I let you look like you are running away from the evil? No! I make My people STAND. And you WILL truly stand on that day! On that glorious & dreadful day!
BE SOBER now and lean in close! Be clear-minded and listen to Me. Brace yourself and call on My hosts. Speak the name of Jesus over your home. Pray the blood of Jesus over your thresholds! Remember the days of Moses when the angel of death came through. I am the same God now as I was back then and I will surely protect you.
For when the day arrives that I remove the evil from the land, when I come in like a flood and FLUSH them out, when you see My mighty hand, FEAR NOT. For just as I protected the Israelites from the wrath on Egypt land, so I will cover you and protect you, even with the shadow of My hand. So fear not! Though the earth be shaken and darkness covers the land. It will be for but a moment in time. A day is all it will take. I will open up My floodgates! And they will have no where to escape! But you dear child, DO NOT BE AFRAID. This is business that 'Daddy must take care of' on this Great and Terrible Day. And listen closely. For I want you to know, that EVERYTHING I DO is for your good. For I ONLY do good -- that is who I am and I do not change.

The Lord of Heaven’s Armies says, “The day of judgment is coming, burning like a furnace. On that day the arrogant and the wicked will be burned up like straw. They will be consumed—roots, branches, and all.
“But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture. On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet,” says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
“Remember to obey the Law of Moses, my servant—all the decrees and regulations that I gave him on Mount Sinai for all Israel.
“Look, I am sending you the prophet Elijah before the great and dreadful day of the Lord arrives. His preaching will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers. Otherwise I will come and strike the land with a curse.”
