Room With a View

Oh so demanding, the world as it's turning.

Everyone taking a little piece of me.

I'm like a puzzle with parts that are missing.

I would do anything, just to break free. 

Clear this room that's cluttered with voices.

There's not enough room for you here.

I can't please all, appease each of you.

I must choose to let go in this room with a view.

Room with a view where I see myself flying

higher and higher into the clouds.

I am not tethered to man's expectations.

I'm lifted up on the wings of freedom!

Where are my boundaries I have let you walk over,

as if you are owner of me?

I will be able to love so much better 

when man-pleasing stops being lord over me. So,

Clear this room that's cluttered with voices.

There's not enough room for you here.
