Rosie, Oh Rosie!

Can I tell you how excited God is about yesterday's Rededication in Washington, DC? Sooo excited. So much so that yesterday before I could even wake up enough to have some coffee and think about the day, He wanted to talk about! 

He is sooo excited to be welcomed back into our country in this way, in a national way. Many years ago, we pushed Him out of our schools and told kids they weren't allowed to pray. We implemented rules that restricted Him in our country and welcomed in evil (Roe vs. Wade). 

But our nation is turning this ship around! And last night, I felt Him say, "Game On!" meaning, now He can really move forward with all the blessings He has in store for us! He is a gentlemen and He will not push Himself on a nation. But when His people who are called by His name humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways, He will hear and forgive and heal! (2 Chronicles 7:14) Oh, yes, oh YES! He has been waiting for us to turn to Him and now He will keep His end of the bargain and hear, forgive and heal! WOOP!

“If…My people, who are called by My Name, humble themselves, and pray and seek (crave, require as a necessity) My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear [them] from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land.” ‭‭

This morning when I sat down to journal, I thought maybe I was catching it wrong because it wasn't making sense at first. (But I should know that sometimes God's words don't connect with the logic right away haha.) But I was hearing Him say, I'm doing a new thing and My Rosies will see them. And I was like, huh? So I kept going, kept typing and I was then hearing 'rose-colored glasses'  ohh...  then I was starting to get it. He was saying people that have felt like they needed to wear rose-colored glasses in life to encourage themselves and even cope through hard times (The Rosies) will not need their glasses anymore because life is going to change so much for the good! The reality will be beautiful already! haha! That's great! How awesome, God!

So here's to all the ROSIES out there :)

I am doing a new thing and My "Rosies" will see them, 

and their rose-colored glasses will be left far behind them.

They used to need to wear them 

to make things seem better, 

but no longer will they use them 

for I am sending My holy fire! 

And My fire will wipe out 

and cleanse the parts 

that distort their view. 

It will thoroughly clean out 

and make new!

always trying to see things

with a different perspective.

you won't need them 

no longer.

For I'm making your world

look so beautiful, 

brighter

and full of wonder!
