Laughter
Laughter is a medicine that doesn't go down into you, but rather bubbles up inside you; a 'drug' that isn't washed down, but rather washes up and over your being.
Laughter, in fact, is always wanting to come out! Look at children! They want to giggle because they have not learned how to push Laughter away when it wants to express itself. They don't fight the urge to let Him out because they recognize instinctly that He is a friend that makes them feel good!
So, learn something from the children, you who suppress such goodness and say to Laughter, "Hush! Don't say a word!" The one who lets Laughter have His way is the healthiest of all.
